New Applications for Ceramic Wall Panel

Considering TSTC ceramic wall panel have the features like lightweight, moisture-proof, waterproof, inorganic fire-proof and non combustible, we can also make the lines, carvings and other building components needed by real estate construction through deep processing such as carving and cutting to replace the traditional cement components. This is the mainstream market for foam ceramic applications.

TSTC ceramic wall panel can also be used as a green body to make a new wall material of composite ceramic sheet and natural marble, which has the effect of building wall and decoration beautification at the same time. It can also be used as partition wall body, after bonding inner wall tiles and sanitary ware, it can be made into integral bathroom and put into the construction market. 

With the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat insulation, A1 class fire proof, moisture-proof and waterproof , we are exploring to use TSTC ceramic wall panel to make self thermal insulation exterior wall without traditional exterior wall thermal insulation materials such as organic polystyrene board and rock wool. In this way, we can not only achieve safe fire prevention, but also be used as partition wall, which has advantages in comprehensive cost.
